Two researchers from Wharton, Steven Shaw and Gideon Nave, recently published a study titled "Thinking, Fast, Slow, and Artificial". In it, they introduce the term "cognitive surrender" to describe a phenomenon where individuals allow chatbots to make decisions for them.
